The world has changed since the advent of South Koreaculture in 2020. Additionally, in the United States, K-Dramas have begun an endless cycle of popularity in Western pop culture. Netflix was one of the first streaming platforms that caught ontothe potential of K-Dramas, first with the acclaimed Squid Game, and then simultaneously conjoining with Korean TV broadcast releases, such as what happened with Business Proposal.
