A-list stars unite to save abused Skid Row dogs after one pup suffered fentanyl, amphetamine and cocaine overdose

Over the past few weeks, an animal welfare crisis in the heart of Skid Row has exploded into a full-blown catastrophe after four pugs died and one French Bulldog suffered a fentanyl overdose and was left clinging to life.
