Blue Jays call up RHP Chad Dallas, option Hayden Juenger to triple-A

Righty Chad Dallas has been selected to the team's major league roster and will be active for Thursday's game against the Atlanta Braves (Sportsnet ONE, 7:15 p.m. ET / 4:15 p.m. PT), the team announced.
