Brave cops rescue woman from cusp of death as she dangles from edge of New York City skyscraper

Heart pounding footage captured the moment brave NYPD officers saved a distraught 41-year-old woman as she sat on the ledge of a 58-story skyscraper on Thursday around 1.30pm.
