Digimon: Digital Monsters was released a year after Pokémon, and it's still made a name for itself nearly 30 years later. It's coming up on its 30th anniversary in 2027, but before then, fans are enjoying the slate of games and shows that Digimon is still actively releasing. It may not seem like it, but the series is as active as ever on multiple fronts.
