Francis Ford Coppola Mourns Death of 'The Godfather' Collaborator Dean Tavoularis: 'A Profound Loss'
Francis Ford Coppola paid tribute to his late friend and collaborator Dean Tavoularis, who passed away at the age of 93 on Wednesday. "My dear friend and collaborator Dean Tavoularis has passed, a profound loss. I would be unable to list the many ways he benefited my work and my personal life," the director shared in a Thursday statement. "He was a great artist, a great friend, a great production designer and a great man." The pair worked together on a number of classic films, including "The Godfather," "Apocalypse Now" and "One From the Heart." More to come . . . The post . . .
