Fugitive accused of murdering 90s rock musician at the height of his fame is finally CAUGHT hiding overseas

Richard Werstine, now 56, was arrested in Panama after authorities say he fatally shot his roommate Rodney Barger in 1993. Barger was the lead singer for Cold as Life and died at age 23.
