Karl Urban may be starting his next recurring role after The Boys in a franchise that releases a new film this week - Mortal Kombat II. Urban has been an actor for multiple decades, starring in many projects across film and television. Early in his career, the New Zealand actor had a recurring role in Xena: Warrior Princess, and later starred in Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy. In the trilogy, Urban played Éomer, one of the riders of Rohan, and appeared in The Two Towers and Return of the King.
