The Lord of the Rings is, and perhaps always will be, the biggest individual property in all of fantasy, and that makes it a very tempting foundation for any and all adaptations that folks feel like making. We know there is a new open world RPG on the way from Kingdom Come developer Warhorse Studios, and that could be one of the best video game adaptations we've had to date.
