Medicaid fraud fears grow in North Carolina as auditor says there's been a 47,000 percent rise in autism therapy billings

The elected state auditor of North Carolina, Dave Boliek, said the state spent $660 million on autism therapy services on an annual basis. This is a 470-fold rise from five years earlier.
