Parolee with 7 priors busted for throwing stranger onto NYC subway tracks: cops

Navar Douglas, 33, was picked up by Warrants after his parole hearing Thursday and charged with attempted murder in connection to the April 28 evening attack on the 39-year-old victim at the 149th Street station, cops and sources said.
