In the wake of the Marvel panel at San Diego Comic Con on Saturday, the cast, the directors, and Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige have done multiple interviews. As a result, a couple of little tidbits have come through on a number of projects.

First up, the “Ghost Rider” movie is proving to be a real “Star Wars: Starfighter” reunion. Along with that film’s star Ryan Gosling and director Shawn Levy, it’s now been confirmed that writer Jonathan Tropper will also reunite with them on “Ghost Rider” as he is penning the film’s script.

Feige says Gosling came to Levy and then the pair to Marvel with a specific vision for the character based on some particular comics. What that vision is and which incarnation of the character he will play will be revealed not by Marvel but by Gosling “when he wants to”.

Next, Feige confirms reports that “Nova” will be a movie and not a TV series, but says that Marvel hasn’t said a ‘damn thing’ about it yet. Asked if he could reveal the lead character in the “X-Men” film, he said “No… Maybe we’ll do this on a panel.”

The Russo Brothers were asked about Battleworld in “Avengers: Doomsday” or “Avengers: Secret Wars” and said: “We won’t confirm or deny whether Battleworld appears in either of these films. And we cannot confirm or deny who appears in Battleworld, if Battleworld were to be in one of these films.”

The social media embargo on the new “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” film reportedly lifts at 1am US-ET on Tuesday. Junket press have been screened only around half an hour of the film with the first full press screenings taking place Monday night U.S. time. The movie begins its international rollout starting on Wednesday in some countries.

Finally, looks at the costumes being used by the characters in “Avengers: Doomsday” are out via a Sideshow Toys Collectibles video.
