Reverse: 1999 Version 3.4 Phase 2 pushes story forward with Cheng Heguang

Second half updates usually just feel like cleanup, adding the remaining content and fixing whatever wasn’t working. Reverse: 1999 isn’t doing that this time. Phase 2 of Version 3.4 is steaming ahead strongly, picking up where Spring Unending left off. The story’s finally pushing forward once again. Reverse: 1999 now puts Cheng Heguang front and centre. He was teased earlier, but here he’s fully playable through his own banner, alongside a character story that has the whole wandering martial artist angle.
