Sandy Fire closes in on mansions belonging to Britney Spears and Bret Michaels as Spencer Pratt speaks out

More than 17,000 people were under evacuation orders in Southern California as a wildfire threatened suburban homes. The fire is in Simi Valley and heading to Thousand Oaks.
