Socialite found dead in luxury Brazilian hotel after traveling to Sao Paulo for PLASTIC SURGERY

Hilde Lynn Helphenstein, 40, was discovered by her plastic surgeon at the Rosewood São Paulo on May 31. Her death was determined suspicious by local officials.
