Tom Segura’s Netflix TV Show Bad Thoughts Gets Hilarious Season 2 Trailer

Netflix has released the official trailer for Bad Thoughts Season 2, the next installment of Tom Segura‘s dark and twisted comedy. The series is scheduled to start streaming on May 24, 2026, a year after the show debuted its first season.

“In this six-episode dark comedic series, Tom Segura navigates unthinkable situations and fantasies within a cinematic world,” reads the show’s official logline.

The video provides viewers with a glimpse at some of the craziest and most ridiculous scenarios that Segura has found himself in for the second season. It also teases the guest stars who will be joining him, including Alex English, Allegra Edwards, Brian Huskey, Brooks Wheelan, Busy Philipps, Carla Jimenez, Christina Pazsitsky, Floriana Lima, Frankie Quinones, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, John Ennis, Johnny Pemberton, Kevin Nealon, Kirk Fox, Lily Sullivan, Luke Wilson, Maria Bamford, Martha Kelly, Mike Mitchell, Odette Annable, Ryan Sickler, and Tim Baltz.

Bad Thoughts is created, directed, and executive produced by Segura. When the project was first announced, it was described as Black Mirror meets Chappelle’s Show, featuring Segura in different kinds of scenarios. For his work in Season 1, Segura scored an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Performer in a Short Form Comedy or Drama Series.

The show is executive-produced by Segura, Ryan P. Hall, Molly Mandel, Jeremy Konner, Rami Hachache, Conor Galvin, and Jason Korstad. It is a production by YMH Studios. Since its debut last year, it currently holds a Popcornmeter score of 69% on Rotten Tomatoes.
