Up-and-coming NYC drill rapper, dad of 3-year-old girl, reportedly shot dead near Coney Island boardwalk

Truron Roach-Martin, 24 - whose stage name is "Briscoe Bands" - was shot in the face and chest Wednesday, about a block from the iconic Brooklyn boardwalk.
