Extremely hard.
According to a new analysis by The Daily Beast, the president or whoever had control of his account at the time shared a record 861 posts and reposts on his social media platform in May 2026.
That works out to an average of 27 posts a day, more than one per hour.
Trump’s posts covered familiar themes and gripes: from promoting his administration’s actions, attacking political opponents and condemning former Presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden to sharing inflammatory memes and reposting AI-generated images and videos.
Among the more eyebrow-raising posts was an image depicting Democrats bathing in faeces.
In April, Trump shared 565 posts, including one controversially portraying himself as Jesus.
The reason for the record number of posts in May, White House spokesperson Olivia Wales told The Daily Beast on Tuesday, is that Trump’s platform, whose finances have come under scrutiny in recent weeks, “has never been hotter.”
It’s also “because President Trump offers his unfiltered and direct thoughts to the American people, without the biased media taking him out of context,” Wales claimed.
“The American people have never had a president as transparent as President Trump, who shares his thoughts with them in real time on all the important issues of the day,” she added. “President Trump is a one-of-a-kind leader who has his finger on the pulse of the people better than any of his predecessors.”
