Throughout the decades, Diana of Themyscira has battled god-tier entities such as Ares, who derives his strength from all the endless nature of conflict, as well as the witch Circe, whose magical powers can bring down even Superman himself. Other villains like Cheetah, Dr. Psycho, and Giganta don't need to live among mythical figures to put Wonder Woman through hell, as their strength and intellect allow them to hurt Diana just like any deity.
