Lying email from my Democrat Congressman on VA facility wait times

I am on the email list of my Democrat Congressman Vindman. I got an email today which begins: It now takes 100 days to get a primary care appointment at the Fredericksburg Veteran Affairs (VA) Health Care Center. That is unacceptable. I regularly hear from veterans across my district who are struggling to get the care they need because of staffing shortages and unacceptable delays at this care center.
